Biofilm-forming plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) enhanced wheat growth and yield by increasing root and shoot biomass. Inoculated plants showed 13.3-16.7% higher height, 29.6-17.5% greater grain yield, and improved nitrogen and phosphorus content. Identified strains include Brucella sp. (BF10) and Lysinibacillus macroides (BF15).
