Field  trials showed that wheat primed with the endophytes Bacillus  cereus (ADJ1) and Priestia  aryabhattai (ADJ6), isolated from Agave desmettiana, significantly  enhanced germination, growth, and yields; they exhibited high plant  growth-promoting traits, including indole-3-acetic acid and ammonia  production, and ADJ6 also fixed atmospheric nitrogen.
