Two novel endophytic bacteria, Bacillus cereus (ADJ1) and Priestia aryabhattai (ADJ6), isolated from Agave desmettiana, exhibit strong plant growth-promoting traits. Both strains improve wheat germination and yield under high salinity, with ADJ6 also showing phosphate solubilization and nitrogen fixation. These findings highlight the potential of using such bacteria to develop salt-tolerant crops for sustainable agriculture.
