Growth-promoting bacteria and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus enhance maize tolerance to saline stress

Download Whitepaper

Under  saline stress, inoculating maize with ACC deaminase-producing PGPB or  co-inoculating with AMF improved plant growth. PGPB enhanced chlorophyll  content, while AMF co-inoculation boosted mycorrhizal colonization and  reduced Na+ accumulation, promoting better maize growth and biomass.
