Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and Streptomyces: brothers in arms to shape the structure and function of the hyphosphere microbiome in the early stage of interaction

Download Whitepaper

In  agroecosystems, fungi and bacteria often interact closely, with key taxa  linking these microbial communities and influencing their composition and  functions. Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi form dense hyphal networks in  soil, known as the hyphosphere, where they engage in various interactions  with other microbes. However, the role of keystone taxa within the AM fungal  hyphosphere is not well understood.
